In order to strengthen customer service, BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance has launched 2 mobile applications ‘MY CARDIF’ for subscribers and ‘B-Tok’ for sellers to enhance convenience of after-sales management.
With these 2 mobile applications, BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance has come forward to establish a firm ground in follow-up management for variable life insurance products the company has mainly focused on. The applications provide information about the profit and history of individual fund, real time market forecast and top-ranked fund, suggest customized fund portfolio based on the client’s risk appetite, and offer the function of fund switching.
With the new corporate website, subscribers are able to access expanded online services such as payment service for maturity, policy loan, maturity top-up, online certification insurance service.
